FAQ

questions and answers

a) How can I become a VEE Tire Co. dealer?

Register here

b) When will you receive new tires?

We have created our range/availability list for you, so you can quickly see which model is in stock or when it should be delivered.

c) Does your driver sponsor?

No, we are talking about brand ambassadors . But we would like to ask you not to send us any applications for partnership/sponsorship.

We are currently not looking for new brand ambassadors!

d) I use Stan's, MucOff or other sealing milk and the tires don't seal. What can I do?

Some sealant brands (MucOff, Stan's) and our tires are not 100% compatible. It happens that the tires do not seal.

This doesn't happen with our Super Sealant . We therefore recommend using our sealing milk or Monkey Sauce for tubeless operation.

e) Which tires do you recommend for enduro use?

Definitely try the “go anywhere, do anything tire”, our Flow Snap . With its enduro carcass it is the right choice,

to withstand descents and still be able to climb well at the same time.

Developed for use on hard-packed routes, the Attack HPL is, for some, the best enduro tire ! It rolls perfectly uphill,

Downhill it is simply a dream. Be it in the park, on shapelines or on natural trails.

But we can also recommend the Snap Trail . However, due to its softer rubber compound (Top40 Compound), it has one

slightly higher rolling resistance.

The Flow R-CP should not be forgotten or underestimated. As a semi-slick, it is ideal for climbing, on straight sections or

Little rolling resistance downhill, but offers plenty of grip when cornering. Simply ideal!

If your descents aren't too intense, the Crown Gem could be the right tire for you.

f) Which tires do you recommend for downhill use?

Of course the absolute downhill machine, the Snap WCE , possibly in combination with the Flow R-Two or Flow R-CP on the rear wheel (the R stands for Rear)!

But you can also go downhill with the Attack HPL, Snap Trail or Flow Snap . If you drive very aggressively and/or like to brake, for example,

then we recommend you choose a tire with Gravity Core !

If you prefer to ride downhill "quietly", you can also rely on the Enduro Core .

g) Which tires do you recommend for cross-country use?

It depends on the surface. The Rail Tracker is great on dry ground, but also performs well on damp surfaces.

Thanks to its more pronounced profile, the Mission is even better suited to wetter surfaces. The absolute CC classic

but is the Rail Rocco . If you are looking for extra grip, the Rail Escape long-distance tire is ideal. He is a real all-rounder,

can really bite, but still doesn't offer too much rolling resistance. The Crown Gem is also ideal for all mountain and long-distance tours.

However, we recommend the last two tires for trail or down country use.

h) Which tires can be combined with each other?

If you ride two different models on the front and rear wheels (e.g. Snap WCE and Flow R-Two as a bike park combination),

then the rear tire should always have the hardened rubber compound (Tackee or Fast50 Compound at the rear, Top40 Compound at the front).

Let us know which station wagon you drive that we haven't listed here yet!
