Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

The following applies to Germany: If you wish to return the goods, request the returns label online!

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returns from abroad (unless there are incorrect deliveries or complaints). If possible, please do not send the goods back to us freight forwarded, but rather as an insured package and keep the proof of delivery. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
